Barry went above and beyond his responsibilities by helping me with repairs and services needed to enhance the presentation of the home. He personally replaced air filters and a light that had fallen. He helped me obtain cleaning services and managed services for a neighbor renting my garage. He held multiple open houses. I think that Barry's residence in Kensington and his thorough knowledge of the community and its amenities helped to inform potential buyers. After having this house on the market for two years and using two previous realtors, I am pleased that Barry was able to sell it for me during the contract period.
